Our fee structure is based on the level of the service required by the landlord. This website describes the services available to the landlords who require our full management service. For those landlords who are able to manage their own property we offer a letting and rent collection service. Occasionally a landlord may require us only to find a suitable tenant, prepare all the legal documentation and inventory, after which stage he will collect the rents and manage the property.
